Kadai Soya

Method:
Soak soy chunks in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. Remove excess water by squeezing. Heat oil, add bayleaf, coriander seeds and dried red chillies, cook for a moment, then add onions. Cooks till golden brown in color. Add ginger, garlic paste, stir and add tomato paste. Add red chilly powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well. Now add soy chunks, cook till done. Serve hot, topped with roasted coriander seeds, dried red chillies and chopped green coriander.
